I have been passionate about movement since I can remember and yoga had that perfect mix of discipline and freedom to move at my own pace.
I truly believe yoga has something to offer everyone. The benefits of this amazing practice go far beyond improved strength & flexibility to perform impressive (and pretty fun!) physical deeds, but most importantly it can help us adopt new habits and patterns that improve our quality of life.
I jump out of bed in the morning to go to her classes, the sequences are well thought out and with precise focus on the breath, I can completely switch off and tune into her guiding me around my mat. I leave her class feeling lighter and full of happiness. Ana makes me see that I can!"
